A Pair Of Stunning And Extremely Rare Antique French Flaming Urns, 1700's

This is a pair of absolutely stunning and extremely rare antique French flaming urns that date from the 18th century. They are hand carved from wood, featuring a gorgeous design with cherubs. Through the passage of time they gained a magnificent timeworn patina with distressed appeal. Once the urns were most certainly used as decorative finials in their original home,  a private chateau close to Avignion in the South of France.  Each one measures about 34 x 12.5 x 12.5 cm or approximately 13.3 x 5 x 5 inches and they are exactly as I discovered them. In my opinion, their stunning signs of ageing only bring forth their captivating beauty and splendour today. For the full condition please refer to the images!
