A Marvellous French Art Nouveau Vase, Porcelain and Bronze, Early 1900's

This is an absolutely marvellous French Art Nouveau vase that dates from the early 1900's or late 1800's. The vase is in the form of a stunning amphora with a lid and two handles. The main body of the vessel is created from porcelain that is hand painted with the most exquisite flowers and butterflies. The handles, the base and the top part of the lid are made of bronze [or possibly brass] in extremely elegant and elongared forms known to this artistic period. This is a highly decorative treasure that measures about 45 x 24 x 16 cm or approximately 17.7 x 9.4 x 6.2 inches. It is in great condition and exactly as I discovered it.
