A Pair Of Gorgeous Antique Italian Angel Wings With A Wonderful Patina, 1700's

This is a pair of absolutely gorgeous and rare antique Italian angel wings that date from the 18th century. Discovered recently in Florence, this stunning pair is hand carved from wood with a wonderful timeworn patina created by the passage of time. The layers in natural shades - with a touch of silver - are truly exceptional. This is a highly decorative treasure that could be shown in so many creative ways, on a flat surface as well as be displayed on a wall if desired. They measure about 49 cm or approximately 19 inches in length and are with signs of ageing that in my opinion only brings forth their true beauty and splendour today..
