A Pair Of Gorgeous Italian Chateau Candleholders, Carved Wood, 1700's

This is a pair of absolutely gorgeous Italian chateau candleholders that come from Tuscany in Italy. They originate from the  late 18th century and are hand carved from wood and painted in tones of greyish blue and cream. Through the passage of time an exquisite timeworn patina has been created that gives them a stunning appeal today. Carved in the shape of urns with handles and iron spikes, each one measures about 47 x 32 x 17 cm or approximately 18.5 x 12.5 x 6.7 inches. They are in lovely antique condition with signs of ageing that is mainly seen in its captivating distressed patina. They are exactly as I discovered them recently.
