A Majestic And Rare Antique Ottoman Wall Hanging, Hand Embroidered Silk, 1800's

This is an absolutely majestic and one of a kind antique Ottoman wall hanging that dates from the 1800’s. Created with a masterful artistry and craftsmanship with hand embroidered floral pattern on red silk this luscious treasure is exquisite in its artistic quality and opulence. Silk as well as a metallic thread was used to create a fascinating pattern that is truly outstanding. Four gorgeous tassels are attached, one to each corner. This marvellous treasure could be displayed on a wall or used as a table cover or even as a decorative throw. This is a large piece, measuring about 185 x 126 cm or approximately 72.8 x 49.6 inches and it is in great antique condition considering its age and delicate nature with minor signs of ageing which in my opinion only bring forward its true beauty and splendour today.
