An Outstanding And Extremely Rare Antique Italian Altar Candelabra, 1700's

This is an outstanding and extremely rare antique Italian altar candelabra that dates from the early 18th century or older. A true Baroque masterpiece, this impressive treasure is entirely hand carved from wood and gilded with masterful craftsmanship. It's magnificent curved design derives from the ever stunning and inspiring acanthus. This is a large candelabra measuring about 65 x 110 x 33 cm or approximately 25.5 x 43.3 x 13 inches. It is created to hold seven large candles [or other decorative items if desired]. Perhaps it would look quite spectacular if displayed on a fireplace or a side console table. Considering it age it is in lovely antique condition, with signs of ageing that only bring forth its true captivating appeal today in my opinion. This is a treasure of remarkable beauty and exquisite splendour like no other.
