Stunning And Rare Antique Italian Angel Wings Carved In White Marble, 1800's

This is a stunning and rare antique Italian treasure that dates from the 19th century - angel wings carved in white marble. Once they were part of a large monument or a grand interior. They are masterfully carved.  In between the open wings there is an oval medallion with a cross and three stars. They are highly decorative and could look just marvellous if displayed for example on a pile of large books. They measure about 37 x 12.5 x 3 cm or approximately 14.5 x 5 x 1 inches. In lovely antique condition with minor signs of ageing. They are exactly as I discovered them recently in Tuscany. For the full condition please refer to the images!
