Two Exceptional And Rare Antique French Cut Baccarat Crystal Inkwells, 1800's

These are two exceptional and extremely rare antique French cut crystal inkwells that date from the 19th century. Discovered recently in Avignon in the South of France they are both created from crystal with bronze or brass details by the renowned Baccarat, a glass manufacturer that was established in 1765. Exquisite in their beauty and elegance today such items could be used as bedside table vases, bathroom lotions vessels and even as candleholders. Just on their own they would look fabulous as desk or a table accessories. They are in lovely antique condition with minor signs of ageing that in my opinion only brings forth their true beauty and splendour today - and are exactly as I discovered them.
